Every change is a pull request with a complete description. You see exactly what changed and why before it merges.
Pricing questions
Why a price range instead of a fixed number?
Each engagement is scoped during discovery. The range reflects scope — more features or complexity land at the higher end. We agree on the final price before any work starts. No surprises.
What's included in every package?
Every engagement includes QA agent testing and Security agent scanning on all pull requests. You always receive tested, security-reviewed code — that's not an add-on.
How do revisions work?
We iterate until the deliverable matches the agreed scope. If you want to add scope mid-project, we scope and price the addition separately before starting it.
Can I start small and expand?
Yes. Most clients start with an AI Consulting Day or a single Automation Build to validate the process, then move to a Retainer once they've seen how it works.
What's your payment policy?
50% upfront to reserve capacity, 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly with a one-week cancellation notice.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Reach out and tell us about your situation. We have discretion here and consider it case by case.
